Request For Proposal to appoint a Pakistan based company to facilitate Indian Visa Services

The High Commission of India, Islamabad is planning to appoint a Pakistan based company/companies to facilitate Indian Visa Services. The HighCommission, therefore, invites companies to indicate their interest. The last date of receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP) is August 31, 2015.The documents (both in printed and electronic form) may be sent to Mr. Janesh, First Secretary, High Commission of India, G-5, Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad (Email: cons.islamabad@mea.gov.in).

Interested companies, in their RFP, should specifically include following:

  1. a.       Experience in the field of Visa Outsourcing Services.
  2. b.      Detailed company profile.
  3. c.       Companies financial credentials, including turnover and profit figures.
  4. d.      Brief sketch of company, giving details of its management, manpower, etc.
  5. e.       Geographical presence across Pakistan.
  6. f.       Any awards or certification.
  7. g.      Any other information relevant for visa outsourcing services.

 The High Commission will also organize a briefing session on RFP process on August 12, 2015 at 15:00 PM at the High Commission. All interested companies can send their representatives for any clarification/information regarding RFP process.
