Since visa applications are not received at the High Commission of India, Islamabad directly , in order to submit your visa applications, you can utilise the services of the following two visa outsourcing companies, namely:

• TCS Visatronics and 
• Gerry’s International Visa Drop Box 

Their role is only to receive the visa applications on behalf of the High Commission of India and forward the same after preliminary scrutiny of the attached documents. Incomplete visa applications, especially without the requisite documents, will not be accepted by the two companies.

The staff at Visa Application Centers are trained to answer your enquiries and provide information on visa related issues.They are not however High Commission personnel. Please therefore do feel free to contact the High Commission ( Contact details) for additional information or if you feel that the response provided by Visa application center is inadequate/ insufficient.

Please note that the granting of a visa is the sole discretion of the High Commission of India, Islamabad and these two companies do not have any role/responsibility in any manner, whatsoever, in determining the outcome of your application.

The High Commission of India reserves its rights to ask for further documents or clarification directly from the applicant if required. Acceptance of a visa application does not necessarily result in the issuance of a visa.

At certain centres they have also set up facilities to assist applicants to fill up the online application form at an additional cost. Please note that all visa applications are deposited and returned ONLY through the courier services used for submitting the application.

The High Commission will not accept any passport sent through the courier company directly in the name of the Visa Section, High Commission of India.

You can contact Mr. Gaurav Kumar Thakur, First Secretary at cons.islamabad@mea.gov.in or Mr. Mukesh Kumar Soni, Second Secretary at ssit.islamabad@mea.gov.in (for Technical matters only) and register a complaint. While making the complaint against TCS/ Gerry’s please mention: Passport Number, Name, Centre where the problem was encountered, Name of the courier company.

The High Commission takes all complaints seriously and necessary action will be taken against the concerned.
